Your team: 1-3 school-going students (13-18 years old)

Your robot:

  • any material and hardware
  • any software
  • maximum size 45x25x25 cm

Your challenge: the challenge is to develop a self-driving car (robotic car) that will be able to perform various tasks in the conditions of a model city traffic environment, observing traffic rules.

We will be very proud of you, if your robot will handle all the the tasks 100%! And more proud, if your robot will repeat its result in several attempts.


Challenge description

Currently all the world automotive companies are developing self-driving cars. And quite soon people will have the opportunity to move around on taxi without a driver. You will be able to get a taxi through an application and you get a car with an artificial intelligence instead of a human driver. It will be based on computer vision system. Intelligent car will be able to drive safe, taking into account the traffic situation and with observance of the traffic rules along with other road users.

Competition challenge is to develop a self-driving car (robotic car) model that will be able to perform various tasks in the conditions of a model city traffic environment, observing traffic rules.
